Best Fudgy Brownies ever!

These Chocolate Brownies are the best by far! They always come out crisp on top and gooey and mushy inside and they are not expensive, as they don't contain real chocolate. This recipe is usually my first choice when we have friends over for dinner because 1)Its CHOCOLATE! 2)Everyone LOVES it! and 3)They come out perfect every time! I serve them hot with a generous helping of ice-cream(but of course!) I am forever grateful to Shanae Dalton for sharing this recipe with me - Thanks my friend!

Gluten Free Addendum: Since having to be gluten free I've substituted the Flour for Gluten free flour or Rice Flour, gram for gram or cup for cup. It still works like a charm and is still just as delicious!
